So what is different about the new site?

FIRST – here is what is not different.

• Your login information.
• A lot of stories and info from the old site has been migrated over.
• The same people are here!
• We still have features like the forum, hamfest calendar and so forth.
• A lot of the old site will stay active to serve as an archive (stories, photos, old forum posts).

Here is some of the changes:

• You can ALL post stories, and it is easy to attach photos, videos, etc to them!
• We are still working on a photo gallery solution.
• The forums here are completely open, and need some posts!!
• Forum email notification is different at present.  If you want emails when there are replies, you must hit SUBSCRIBE on that topic.
• The shoutbox is visible to ALL – including unregistered users.
• Obviously, it looks and feels different.
• The ability to share stuff on facebook and “like” stories is pretty cool.
• Some stories were not migrated (hamfest, net, contest info and dates)
