In 2004 – we ran a fully HTML based site, that was a pretty basic read only site. Then, we all got excited when we added a forum and could discuss stuff.
In 2007 – with the expert guidance of Neil, N4NI, the site was upgraded to a complete content management software suite. This gave us integrated news articles, forum, chat and lots of other cool features.
But it is 2011 now…And a lot has changed. Our online experience is different, amateur radio is different for all of us, and our lives are different. The fact that we all still need a good place to meet up, discuss things in our lives and hang out with like minded people hasn’t changed. Welcome to FieldComm 3.0.
You will notice the website has some new features – and may be missing some that you have become accustomed to. That is because Neil has again guided us to a new content management platform, and I am ready to do new things here. I hope that you are as well.
