Why does six meters decide to suddenly open from Central Virginia, to the Caribbean in the middle of the winter when it never opens, for like 5 minutes at a time and then close back up for who knows how long? I can’t explain it…But it does keep me coming back to one of the most fabulous bands in amateur radio that you should try if you haven’t made it a part of your operating habits all ready. This happened today just prior to lunch time, as you will note….Our beacon heard in KP4 land.
