6 meter activity has been picking up to Florida. Any way you are able to purchase a loop? About $60-$75 dollars. Not a big antenna and could possibly be placed on a deck.

The antenna I have will do 6m up to my rig's full power. I've worked stations on modest openings up to 1000 miles away (didn't try too hard, but might be able to do more). So we might be able to try with that. If your beacon is still up, I'll listen for it.
